Hey! I'm Casey a Breathwork Practitioner in Perth, Australia and Founder of Regulate Your State. I've been exploring breathwork since I first came across it in 2018 and have spent the last three years as a Facilitator and Community Leader in Perth. Over the course of 14 days, you’ll embark on a 14 day daily breathwork practice in a restorative pose. This powerful combination is designed to target the stress that’s been stored in your nervous system for years. Here’s what you can expect:

1. A Daily Practice to Reset Your Nervous System

Every day, you’ll be guided through a 30-minute session online. These sessions are carefully crafted to:

Include a mix of up-regulating and down-regulating practices, to counteract the effects of chronic stress. Including conscious connected circular breathing not offered in the 5 Day FREE space.

When and where will the LIVE sessions be?

The LIVE breathwork classes will be held daily at 7am (Perth, AWST) via Zoom shared in the 14 Day Nervous System Reboot private community space on Facebook.

How can I access the replays?

All replays will be posted in the community discussion thread and can be found in the Media tab under Videos. Replay links will also be available via Google Drive and sent via email.

How is this different to the community sessions and private breathwork sessions?

The majority of the breathwork will use a restorative breath that intentionally activate the rest and digest response and accompanied with the physical pose will be restorative to the physical body. We will still work to process and integrate emotional and cognitive experiences gently.

What is the refund policy?
