Friends Edition Weekend Reset

Sat 21 Sep 8am - 9am at South Trigg Beach (Entry Point ST76)

Join us for a morning of breathwork and meditation on the beach followed by a hot drink at Foam Cafe as we enjoy some stillness together and celebrate the incredible friends in our life. These sessions are an opportunity for us to gather together as community and offer a space for you to try breathwork, especially if it's your first time.

 Event FAQs

  • No experience is necessary. You cannot do this wrong and I will speak into the science of what’s happening when you take in more oxygen, and blow off more CO2.

  • You won’t be breathing for the entire event but yes, it is possible. At our community events we guide 5-10 minutes of breathwork. A longer breathwork journey usually lasts around 1 hour. After the first 5-10 minutes your body will drop into it’s own rhythm. Remember, this is about tuning back in with our bodies natural intelligence.

  • Curiousity is the only prerequisite in this space. Trust yourself if you feel the pull.

  • It’s really normal to feel this way but coming along to an event is a great way to start your breathwork journey. The breathwork portion of any event is always done laying down with the eyes closed to help you stay in your own experience but if you’re unsure a 15 minute clarity call can help you decide.
