I’m here to help you release stress, find purpose, or unwind an autoimmune condition, through Breathwork.

As I started diving into the science and experience of breathwork, I noticed an overall change in my state of being, from a constant general feeling of angst, to feeling lighter and more free. Aligning my values with how I show up in this space is fulfilling, and there’s no greater joy for me than making these tools accessible. You cannot do this wrong. Just come along exactly as you are.

What does it mean to regulate your state?

Taking a breath in the moment is a temporary solution.

What we’re interested in, is regulation.

That is, being able to get back to a resting state after a stress response.

It also means releasing accumulated stress and tension from your body,

FOR GOOD.
